Justice. More on the Writing Process

Hi folks,

So, I’ve been telling you the stories behind the stories. Today I’ll tell you about the writing of Lady Justice.

Lady Justice Front

I’d been getting requests for a sequel to Lady Blue for some time, but no story seemed to come to mind. One day I was at a local craft market, selling a few books and mostly people watching. Right across from me, attending to her own booth, was a delightful young woman. I introduced myself and asked if she’d pose for a book cover. Keisha readily agreed and the die was cast. I knew then she would follow Lady Blue. I also had to work in her shoulder tattoos, which are so cool. The minute she agreed the story started to come, and before the market closed for the day I had written the first chapter.

The hardest part was getting Keisha to look sufficiently fierce, the girl is always smiling. Thanks, Keisha, you got the whole series kick started.

So, remember to get your copy of the latest in the series. Lady Seeker!

Keep an eye out for the next book in the series, the Watcher and the Warrior, coming soon.

Well, that’s all for today.
